Service Agreement
This Agreement is made between the below named client (hereinafter "Client") and Market Reigns (hereinafter "Agency"). Client agrees to retain Agency for the services, timeline, and payment schedule, as defined in this document, and is hereby made a part of this Terms of Agreement.
Client will receive a professionally designed website integrated into their content management system and CRM migration. will include the writing of content and professionally selected images. The payment for services is quoted in the product description and broken into an initial deposit, followed by equal monthly payments as defined in the product purchase.
Client agrees to retain Agency for the services, timeline, and payment schedule, as defined in this document, and is hereby made a part of this Terms of Agreement.
Search Engine Policies: Client acknowledges that the Agency has no control over changes to search engine policies or algorithms. At any time, Client's website may lose rankings or be excluded from search results at the sole discretion of the search engine and in at no fault of the Agency.
Scope of Services Included: Client acknowledges that the Agency will integrate existing website and membership into Authorify. Migrate content from Keap into Authorify. Hosting and Domain cost and ownership will remain with the Client, and maintenance will not be provided to the client unless a monthly service agreement is created in addition to this scope of work.
Ownership - Client will retain ownership of domains and hosting plans, as well as all social media accounts and grant access to Agency for marketing purposes if applicable. Website and all created content becomes the property of the client after “payment in full” for services. Agency retains no rights to ownership of content created under this contract.
